- Dr Greens Hydroponics ships throughout the whole of the UK.
- Orders received Monday – Friday before 12pm, will be despatched for 1-3 working day delivery.
Orders received Friday after 12pm, Saturday and Sunday, will be despatched on Monday for 1-3 working day delivery. - Online only orders will take 3-5 working days for delivery.
- We will advise you if there are any problems with your order and we will not be able to meet these deadlines.
- All orders are sent in plain packaging.
- A signature is required upon delivery.
- Parcels received damaged must be clearly signed damaged on courier paperwork and reported to Dr Greens within 24 hours.
- We may be able to offer shipping discounts on big orders, so please ring us and we will see what we can do.
- We will only deliver to the Cardholders Billing Address, unless payment is made via bank transfer/bank deposit.
