Why is humidity important?

As plant’s grow they loose water through their leaves (also known as stomata). The issue with this is if the moisture level in the room is too low then the water plants release through their leaves will increase, thus causing stress and bad health. However, by having a humidifier and increasing the level of moisture in the room when needed it will have more positive effects for your plants increasing grow rates and health.
