Why the Maxipot?

The Twist pot will give perfect drainage and air circulation to your roots. This will also mean lower risks of root riot or any nasty bacteria’s developing. The main reason a growers plant will develop bad bacteria/root rot is due to roots being stuck in a constant moist environment, this is very common in a standard pot and saucer design. This is because growers often overfeed without realising (leaving crops at risk sitting in water). The Twist pot solves this problem with its lock and twist design. Because it elevates it means a plants roots will never be at risk of sitting in water therefore creating great air circulation. Overall this means better roots and bigger yields. 

Many growers use some kind of Coco clay/perlite mix to allow aeration. This is because aeration is key when wanting to achieve healthy root growth. However, by using Maxipot Twist & Lock it will already provide great aeration therefore there is no need for perlite or clay pebbles.

How To Use:

Put your pot in the saucer, fill with desired medium. Plant your crops as you would normally. Then simply Twist & Lock your Maxipot (you will feel the pot in the raised position). Then simply water/feed your crop. Any extra feed will run off in the saucer. Yep it is that simple! This makes feeding schedules run much more smoothly and efficiently.
